You will receive an "After Care" sheet with instructions on how to care for your tattoo and the area the procedure was done in along with verbal instructions, a packet of antibacterial ointment to use for a specific amount of days and a packet of petroleum jelly to use for the remainder days.

-Applying one of the two ointments given for 7 days twice a day will be required.

-Hot compresses with a technique I will teach you to help gently remove the dry dead skin without removing pigment will be required twice a day.

-If you had eyeliner procedure you will want to avoid applying ointment or rubbing your eyes with your fingers as this could result in infection due to the bacteria we have on our hands and fingers. Use a cotton swab to apply ointment.

-Do NOT use mascara, eye lash curler or eyeliner for 7 days post treatment.

-Do NOT rub or pick at the epithelial crust (scabs). This may pull the pigment from your skin and leave you blotchy looking.

-Do NOT soak treated area in bath, swimming pool or hot tub. Do NOT swim in fresh, salt or chlorinated pool water.

Use a total sunblock after the procedure area has healed to help prevent fading.

Failure to follow post treatment instructions may cause loss of pigment, discoloration or infection.  Remember, colors appear brighter and more sharply defined immediately following the procedure. As the healing progresses, the color will soften.

Touch up procedure may or may not be needed.
